About Me

John Manion is a Realtor with COLDWELL BANKER, All Village Realty of Lady Lake, Florida.  He has devoted well over 40 years to many design engineering positions related to forgings, die castings, pressure boilers, industrial plant layout, paper mill machinery, pre-cast concrete utility structures, commercial buildings, homes, fire fighting systems, pump & tank truck integrations to name only a key few.  

John & his wife Nancy ran a successful 18 year independent manufacturers rep agency.  There, he supported 8-12 non-competing manufacturers product lines in the emergency services arena, some nationally & some multi state regions.  In addition, they also owned & managed a large number of real estate investments properties.

John served through the chairs of the International Management Club to President and then National Membership Chair.

He has served on the ASTM (American Standards Testing Materials) Committee for pre-cast concrete, was a member of MANA (Manufacturers Agents National Assoc.) & served as Secretary, then President of a 342 unit NJ Condo Association.

Using this technical & business background along with a strong interest in helping people, John is pleased to use his human relations skills, teaching & training (public speaking), advertising, sales & marketing management experience to make your transaction as smooth as possible.
