As a Florida Realtor, I have a profession that melds my experience in engineering, marketing and sales with the ever exciting changing world of Real Estate. I love helping people. But, one thing I know for sure; I’ll never know it all. Make no mistake about it; this is starting your own new business every day. I became a Realtor because I like the ethical standards a Realtor represents. I believe it’s the pinnacle in personal conduct that one could ascribe to in the business world today. Our decisions must be client benefit based.

Honesty is a primary part of my character, so it well fits my personal code. Coldwell Banker is the oldest Realty in America (100+ years old) and All Village Realty is a local firm with the highest Broker ideals, in a friendly co-operative environment (Realtors help one another freely). We service an area within several counties very well and that includes The Villages, Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, Weirsdale, Wildwood, Oxford etc. Each of these neighborhoods are unique, as are all transactions and they each present different challenges.

I am blessed in being surrounded with professionals in every aspect of Real Estate and I have formed friendships with services like Real Estate education, MLS, appraisals, home inspections, home warranties, pre-approval qualifiers, mortgage financing, insurances, title services, legal support, builders, contractors, utilities, services and very importantly, Realtors from other agencies (and even states) that co-operate to make your buying and selling experiences smooth. Everyone needs help from different specialties to make what you need happen in a timely fashion and result in a trouble free transaction.

Marketing is the dilemma in the Realty market of today. The Realtor / Agent lives on listings and finds many of their leads during open houses and from signage calls. We all want your listing and/or offers to purchase and many agents will say what is pleasant to hear, to get your business. I will not. If you selling price or offer price is unrealistic, I will say so. This is hard for anyone but honesty avoids a false promise and makes the normal price reduction and/or request for cost upgrades spiral unnecessary.

I will continue to be a (45 year) long term student of the business world and even with my educated experience, I work hard to keep up with new ideas and trends every day. Yes, I too will work for your listing or sales agreement. I will much more importantly, stay in the process, fully involved in the effort through your final closing and beyond. I ask you to consider me as your Realtor with the confidence that I will perform with skill and diligence to make your plans (buying or selling) come true. It is quite simply the only way I know to do business.
