UNDERSTANDING OUR ROLES BEFORE WE BEGIN TO WORK TOGETHER

As a conscientious Realtor, before I begin working in partnership with a client.  First, I ask you to devote some THOUGHT and tell me what you want me to do for you, your goals and parameters, price, what you are looking for, timing and how you want to proceed.  We’ll write this in brief form so we all have a clear understanding of our search criteria.

 

 

 

Realtors are not compensated unless you buy, sell or exchange property (Real Estate), which we have supported with our efforts.  We provide our independently paid for education, expertise, operating costs and time to clients freely till then. 

 

I only ask that you to show me the fullest and fairest opportunity to successfully show you all the areas and property types you will consider; not only what you initially state. Often goals change and showings redirect interests.  When we are in the showing process your feedback is critical if I am to fulfill your needs. 

 

Realtors work for and are paid, only by our Broker.  We work under one of several Brokerage Relationships with a client, No Brokerage, Transactional or Exclusive Single Agency.  We will discuss these, what each relationship requires of the Realtor, our code of ethics and I will ask you to sign one of these Broker understandings.  These relationships may change as circumstances dictate.  I thank you for your confidence in me and your cooperation.
